Personally, I have been using this visualization technique for the last 3 years to manifest health, wealth, and success in my life. Ever since I started, I have gained significant benefits from it.

Here’s 5 steps visualization technique to manifest anything. The first two will be preparation steps (or foundational steps) and 3-4 will be actual practice. 

Step-1. Set An Intention For Manifesting

Your intention is your road map. It may help you make the right choices in life and motivate you to take action that takes you closer to your goal. 

Setting a goal or an intention is a crucial and very first step towards your manifestation journey.

So, write down your intentions clearly and describe them in detail along with the exact date of their receipt. Also, make a step-by-step action plan that leads to the fulfillment of your goal. 

For example, suppose I want to grow my business from $500K yearly turnover to $1M yearly turnover. Then my intention statement should be in this way. 

  • I will hit a $1,000,000 annual turnover target in the next fiscal year, from 1st October 2022 to 30th September 2023. 
  • I work hard and 1 hour extra every day to hit a $1M yearly turnover goal.
  • I increase the production rate and improve my sales team to achieve a $1M yearly turnover goal. 

This way precisely define your intention and put its photocopy everywhere in your house to remind your goal multiple times in a day. 

Step-2. Make Affirmations

Step-3. Meditate And Be Relaxed

  • Move to a quiet space and prepare a comfy seat to meditate
  • Sit in a crossed leg meditation posture with eyes closed and spine comfortably erect 
  • Now slowly take a deep breath in and out 
  • Consciously repeat the control breathing practice for 5 times

You can try different meditation techniques such as mantra meditation, body-scan meditation, zen meditation, or vipassana meditation. But, at the end stick to any one method.

Once, you meditate for 2-3 minutes, follow the next step. 

Step-4. Affirm And Visualize 

When you feel relaxed and calm in meditation, start reciting affirmations one by one and visualize that you are affirming.

Make your imagination as real as possible and visualize your manifestation dream as you have already achieved.

Try to stay with this feeling (emotion) and let it go deep within you because emotion is energy vibrating at a certain frequency. And that energy attracts like energy from the universe.

Try to live your whole day in gratitude, in a positive blissful state. So that any negative or self-sabotaging thoughts can’t obstruct your manifestation journey.

Remember, It is possible that when you first practice this, you won’t be able to visualize properly and can’t focus your mind on purpose long enough.

If possible, try to visualize twice a day, first in the morning after getting up from bed and second before going to bed.
