It would be great if you set one intention at a time, and once it is done, set another one.
But still, if you wish to manifest multiple things at a time, make a list of your burning desires and proceed further with this technique.
Step 2: Prepare yourself for practice
First of all, make a concise positive statement or affirmation that encapsulates your intention.
- I am rich and successful
- I am a money magnet
- I attract money from all directions
- I am healthy and fit
- I am grateful to be in a loving relationship with my soulmate
- I deserve a beautiful home where I feel happy and abundant
Similarly, make this type of affirmation (in the present tense) each of your desire.
Now, keep the following points in mind before you initiate this pillow method,
- Make a separate journal that comes with detachable pages and use one page each day to perform this manifestation technique.
- Practice this technique on your bed just before your bedtime.
- Make sure no one can disturb you while practicing this.
- Practice this method with a positive mood.
If you are upset or feeling negative, first change your mood to positive by performing a hobby, listening to a song, meditating for a few minutes, or doing anything that pleases you.
Once everything is good, take one clean paper and pen, and sit on the bed. Then take some deep breaths in and out, and follow the next step.

Stay mindful while writing your intentions, and pay your undivided attention to each word you write. In case, If your mind wanders away, just bring it back to writing.
You can also speak each affirmation as you write or recite it into your mind.
This way, your intention sinks deep within your subconscious mind, and your mindset and beliefs get programmed accordingly.
After finishing writing your desires, gently hold that paper in your hand, and close your eyes.
Step 4: Cultivate positive emotions and energy
Now, think and feel your dream as if it became your reality, and believe that you are in possession of your dream. (Do this for 5 minutes)
If you can’t believe it firmly, try to cultivate positive emotion, keep faith in your abilities, and trust the universe that your dream will come true one day. Also, pretend you have manifested your dream and be grateful for it.
For the next 5 minutes, visualize yourself full of positive energy, and transfer it to the written paper.
This way, you energize yourself and the paper with positive vibrations, which eventually reflect back to you while sleeping.
Step 5: Put the paper under the pillow
Now, open your eyes and gently put that energized paper under the pillow you sleep on.
Turn off the lights; it’s time to sleep.
Step 6: Lie down and visualize
While lying on the bed, think and visualize your desires (as you were doing a few minutes ago)
Visualize yourself in the position where you always want to stand, visualize the change that comes to your life after manifesting, and visualize how people treat you after achieving your dream.
For example, If I want to manifest money,
I will think and visualize myself in possession of my money dream. I will imagine checking my back balance that holds the amount I want, visualize that money is coming to me from expected and unexpected ways.
Thus, make your visualization as clear as possible. It may be difficult in the beginning, but with practice, it would be possible.
