5 Steps To Write A Manifestation Wish List 

Step-1: Make A Manifestation Journal

It would be best to make a separate personal diary or journal to write your dreams and intentions. It’s not good to write down your dreams on a random note or paper that eventually goes in the trash.

Moreover, when you write your desires with positive feelings, it gets attached to the journal. And, wherever you open the journal or keep a journal with you, it may return this same positive energy to you. 

So, make a manifestation journal to write your wishes and goals and for scripting.

Step-2: Relax Yourself

Before you begin writing your dreams, it’s necessary to declutter your mind from turbulence and be calm.

You can take few deep breaths – meditate for 5-10 minutes or listen soothing music to be relaxed.

Once you feel calm and positive, start brainstorming to find your actual purpose or goal.

Step-3: Decide Exactly What You Want

Sink deep within your heart and think, what you really want, what are your desires, what is your purpose, what are your goals in life.

Fix your mind on desires and exactly know what you want, how much you want, in how much time do you want? 

It is not sufficient to merely say and write that, “I want plenty of money,” or “I want a car.”

Precisely, define your desire in the exact words, name, number, date, and time. 

Step-4: Write Your Desires In Journal

Once you know exactly your desires, write them one by one.

When you write your wishes, write in a clear concise statement with the exact name and date; write in present or future tense and avoid words such as I want, or I need. 

For example,

  • I will buy a white-colored BMW Z4 before 1st January 2022. 
  • I will grow my business revenue to $300,000 annually in 2022.
  • I am ready to get a job at XYZ company as an executive manager until 2nd May 2022. 

While writing a wish list, be specific and add positive feelings for your wishes.

Note: Keep your wish list as short as possible and try to achieve one at a time. Because the more you focus and work towards a specific goal, the more you are likely to manifest it in your life.

Step-5: Make An Actionable Plan 

Create a definite plan for carrying out your desire, and this plan will guide you during your manifestation journey. 

Make a blueprint of your goal from the available knowledge, resources, and skills. Later you can update it when things change. 

For example:

  • I will hit $300,000 yearly revenue in 2022 by working 1 hour extra every day, improving my production rate, and training my sales team.
  • To lose 20 pounds in 2 months, I will go GYM, do exercises for 1 hour, and follow a strict diet. 

Whether you are ready or not, put this plan into action. 

Because your actions will take you closer to your dream and materialize your desires into reality, merely thinking and dreaming will not bring you anywhere.

It is important that you follow all five steps to make a law of attraction wishlist. Once it is made, you will have a list of your desires with an exact action plan. 

After that, read your written wishlist aloud two times every day. Read it once before retiring at night, and read it once after arising in the morning.

As you read, visualize and feel and believe yourself already in possession of your desire.

You can create a wishlist around health goals, financial goals, travel goals, relationship goals, material goals, self-improvement, etc.

Use this example for reference and write your own manifestation wish list in your journal.

Once your wish list is ready, make 4-5 copies and place it on the wall in your personal room where you can see it often.

Moreover, write an action plan into your journal, describe each step in detail with name, number, and date. (As explained in Step-5)

How To Manifest Your Wishlist Into Reality?

To manifest your desires, read your wishlist daily, contemplate it, visualize and feel yourself in possession of your desires, and take action and follow your goal plan.

You should read your wishlist daily twice a day, once before going to bed and second after getting up from bed. 

Meditate on your dream using affirmations, visualization, and feeling. 

When you meditate, affirm concise positive words with clear visualization and corresponding feeling for your desires. 

Hence, when you visualize and feel your dream, it creates similar thoughts and emotions in you. As thoughts and emotions are energy – vibrating at a certain frequency attracts similar energy from the universe in the form of opportunities, people, and circumstances and manifests your desires into reality.

However, it doesn’t mean that you just need to sit aside and things will come towards you; instead, you have to take the necessary steps to make it happen. 

Along with hard work, keep patience and trust in yourself and the universe that your desires will manifest soon.
